The first step in brake hose production is the production of rubber hoses on our own extruder, which allows us to:

• precise control of the material composition of the inner and outer layers (EPDM material)
• the placement and orientation of the fabric inserts (made of PVA, PES materials)
• continuous control of wall thickness and diameter.

The extruded hoses meet the mechanical and chemical requirements (e.g. brake fluid resistance, ozone resistance, flexibility) of SAE J1401, FMVSS 106, ISO 3996 standards.
